  • What is your return policy?

All gift set sales are final. Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift sets, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on items purchased. However, you can have 7-days from the time you receive the item to request a return under our 7-days return policy if you have noticed a defect or missing item(s).

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. All personalized items, including those with engraving or other personalization, are not returnable and refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
