All gift set sales are final. Due to the nature of the items included in our gift sets, including perishable or customized components, we do not normally accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

However, we allow returns or replacement requests under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Missing items from your order

All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  1. Items must be unused and unworn, with all original tags attached.

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  3. A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  4. Personalized or customized items, including engraved or specially prepared items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.


3. Requesting a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).


5. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue. We will notify you via email regarding:

  • Approval of the return and next steps for replacement or refund

  • Rejection of the return, with explanation

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your item is approved for a refund.


6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order is eligible for return or replacement.

If a replacement is approved:

  • We will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

  • Delivery timelines for replacements may vary depending on product availability.
