• Premium Soy Sauce 头抽酱油 
• Premium Thai Glutinous Rice 上等泰国糯米
• Minced Pork 猪肉碎

Kansui Rice Dumpling 碱水粽

Cooking Method

English 
1. Steaming - Unpack, place the rice dumpling in the steamer, steam for about 15 minutes.
Texture: Rice has a softer Q-texture.
2. Microwave - Unpack, lightly wrap it with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.
Texture: Rice has a softer Q-texture and lesser moisture.
3. Boiling - Pack-on or pack-off, place the rice dumpling in a pot of boiling water cook for about 5 minutes.
Texture: Rice has a soft & smooth texture. 
Results: Pack-on has the best-kept flavors. Pack-off is milder in taste.

* What if you accidentally freeze the rice dumpling? 
Defrost for 30 minutes before any of your preferred reheating methods.

Chinese
1. 锅蒸 - 去真空袋后置于蒸笼蒸15分钟。(水沸腾才蒸粽)
口感：糯米感较强。
2. 微波 - 去真空袋后，用沾湿的餐巾包在粽子外部， 放入微波炉加热2分钟。
口感：Q弹偏干。
3. 水煮 - 去或不去真空袋放入沸水中煮5分钟。
口感：软糯顺滑。
成果：不去真空袋味道浓郁；去真空袋味道偏淡。

*万一你不小心放入冷冻柜？
先解冻30分钟，再根据不同喜好方式进行加热。
